Edit an existing booking

  1. Access Calendar:

    • From the top bar, navigate to the Calendar tab.
  2. View Booking:

    • Locate the booking you want to adjust on the calendar. For example, if you have a meeting scheduled for tomorrow at 2:30 p.m., click on that specific time slot.
  3. Edit Booking Details:

    • Once you click on the booking, you'll see the details of the appointment. Here, you can make adjustments such as changing the date, time, service, or practitioner.
  4. Confirm Changes:

    • After making the necessary adjustments, confirm the changes by clicking the appropriate buttons, such as "Save" or "Update Booking."
  5. Notification:

    • Both the client and the practitioner will receive notification of the changes made to the booking via email and SMS, if enabled
